The app allows you to generate a complete weekly menu based on several sample diets. These menus are saved for later review, and you can modify any meal by entering a name for it.
The app generates both the recipe and the ingredient list for each meal. You can also determine the calorie count for each meal.
The app uses generic, non-personal data such as gender, age, and desired calorie intake to further refine the weekly menu.
