App Description

[Now compatible with the electronic medicine notebook guidelines]

The Ein Medicine Notebook is an electronic medicine notebook app based on the Ein Medicine Notebook, adding the convenient "Smart Pharmacy" feature, which allows you to make the most of the time before receiving your medication.

By registering an Ein Group pharmacy as your preferred pharmacy*1, you can easily access the three "Smart Pharmacy" features: prescription sending, medication preparation notification, and medication list presentation.

- Using as an Ein Medicine Notebook
Prescription information received from a registered Ein Group pharmacy*1 is sent directly to the app via the web from the pharmacy without using a QR code.

Prescription information received from pharmacies other than the one registered as your preferred pharmacy*1 can also be registered in the app by scanning a QR code. *2
Medication information for non-prescription drugs, such as over-the-counter drugs, can be registered as photos.

- Using as a Smart Pharmacy

To use the Smart Pharmacy service, you must select your preferred pharmacy*1 from a list of pharmacies that offer the Ein Medicine Notebook service.

The Smart Pharmacy service is available at over 900 Ein Group pharmacies nationwide, from Hokkaido to Okinawa.

・Using Chk4.me (Check for Me)
Registered medication lists can be viewed not only at pharmacies but also by doctors, caregivers, and others.
You can check them on any internet-connected computer without having to hand over your smartphone.

■8 Features and Benefits
◇"Prescription Delivery": Before visiting your regular pharmacy*, take a photo of your prescription with your smartphone camera and send it. The app will notify you when your medication is ready, shortening your wait time at the pharmacy and allowing you to pick up your medication at your convenience.

◇"Prescription Ready Notification": Even if you submit your prescription in person to your regular pharmacy*, simply request a notification and the app will notify you when your medication is ready. This allows you to use your waiting time more effectively without having to wait for your medication to be ready at the pharmacy.

◇"Present Medication List": At your regular pharmacy*1, you can share the medication information registered in the Medication Notebook app with the pharmacist at the touch of a button upon request. There's no need to hand over the smartphone with the medicine notebook app installed to view it, so it's a worry-free app.

◇ "Medication List": Manage your medication history and current medications. Medications can be registered by scanning 2D barcodes, saving photos, or manually entering them. A "Medication Search" feature has also been added, allowing you to search for medication names with a single button and view detailed information.

◇ "Medication Alarm": To help ensure your family members don't forget to take their medication, an alarm will sound when it's time. You can set alarm times for morning, afternoon, or evening, or even once a week.

◇ "Multi-User Function": Manage each family member's medication information individually. This is a medicine notebook app that's useful for the whole family.

◇ "Chk4.me": This feature allows you to check your Ein medication notebook information on the medical institution's computer when you visit a medical institution.
The system uses one-time codes, so personal information is protected.

◇ "Follow-up Message": This message feature allows pharmacies to confirm medication status and other information. Responses are simple, and if you have any concerns about your medication, you can easily reply to them.

*1 This refers to pharmacies that offer the Ain Medication Record Service and are listed in the pharmacy list within the app.
