This is Urdu expansion pack for AnySoftKeyboard: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.menny.android.anysoftkeyboard

Install AnySoftKeyboard first, and then select the desired layout from AnySoftKeyboard's Settings -> Language -> Enable keyboards and languages.

Also includes most of the Arabic, Persian and Punjabi (Shahmukhi) Unicode characters.
