- Guests can rate the staff digitally and in a timely manner in the app. In return, they receive personal vouchers, discounts, loyalty points, etc. via Liked You for their next visit.
Benefits for the host
- Hotels and restaurants receive timely and individual feedback to the service quality of their staff members.
- By registering with Liked You, hosts (e.g. hotels or restaurants) receive real time insight and access to the guest reviews of their staff. The guests can rate the staff members individually or as staff teams (e.g. "front desk team", “bar team” or “housekeeping team”).
- The feedback from the guests provides the host with a useful basis for the further development of the staff, including the determination of performance related remuneration.
- Ratings are not made public but are for exclusive use by the hotel/restaurant.
Incentive for better service quality
Thanks to regular guest reviews the staff has a constant incentive to provide a high quality of service.
Individual guest feedback
The service enables the continuous collection of targeted feedback from guests using questions that individualised and adapted to guests at any time in the portal.
