aiSight’s Consumer Reward App is designed for Households to record FMCG purchases in order to earn rewards in the form of Gift coupons/cards.
With this app, households can seamlessly record locations, verify the data provided, and submit their purchases directly through the platform. Every interaction is monitored in real-time — including location tracking — to ensure high levels of accuracy, transparency, and accountability.
Whether you're recording purchases, filling in rider surveys, or booking a call for phone-based surveys, aiSight’s Consumer Reward App empowers you to maintain data integrity with ease and confidence.
A user can earn reward via the following:
1.Recording purchases: User can record his/her purchases (for last 30 days) in order to earn points. Simple scan and earn process where user can scan the pack’s barcode, upload receipt or the AI model can also suggest the information based on the pack images captured/uploaded. The user can input the data in order to record claimed purchases (where pack has been discarded). Additional points for users, where he/she also upload receipt and identifies place and date/time of purchase.
2.Filling up surveys: Users can also to earn points by taking part in ongoing rider surveys. These surveys are displayed based on eligibility of the user. An eligible user can successfully complete a survey to earn points.
3.Telephonic surveys: Some surveys might only be available over a quick call where our call center agent will contact the respondent as per the booked timeslot. The successful completion of the survey will help user earn points.

Earn as You Spend: Scan packs, redeem points, and enjoy real benefits on every purchase. Simple steps, serious perks—because you deserve more from your spending.
Easy and Simple Redemption process: One can redeem the rewards shown in the app once the points threshold has exceeded or balanced the amount required for the redemption.
Role based login: One household code being divided into multiple roles. This helps users choose his/her profile and creates users’ individual shopping missions to checkout.
Log maintenance: Multiple users in a households can see the submission history on household level in order to avoid duplicate missions.
Backed up with powerful database and AI models: The user simply has to scan the barcode in order to retrieve information. Got no barcode on the pack? Don’t worry, our AI got you covered. Just let us know which category the pack belongs to and our AI will recommend you the top choices about what that product can be. Pack discarded? Not a problem. Record purchases manually to earn points.
Easy to redeem rewards: Users can redeem the points once they are met for the required product. User can surf through his/her favorite categories to see what’s on offer and redeem points against variety of product range we offer.
Flexible survey options: Users can either submit the survey by filling up or they can book a call with our call center agent who will engage them on the selected timeslot to fill up the survey on their behalf. Minimum hassle for the users; we care for your time.
Permissions:
Location: The location permission is used to track the users visits to a store.
Notification: Notifications act as a reminder to the user in order to record purchases. They are also useful to inform users about the surveys they can fill up to earn more points.
Distribution Purpose & Scope:
1. Exclusively for internal use by our recruited households and authorized employees
2. Distributed only via secure links in email and internal documentation
3. Not intended for public discovery on the App Store.
