For using the Tatar (татар теле, татарча) Language Pack, you need to Install an AppsTech's keyboard first, and then select the Tatar language from the keyboard settings.
To enter the keyboard settings, long press on the Enter button and then press on 'Languages'.

Please note that you can long press on letters to get more alphabet characters!
