Report issues, tracks progress & boost sales performance
The app is aimed at easing / streamlining current complaint management area
and delivering faster action / resolution of complaints, leading to consumer
delight. It will be replacing the existing D365 portal. Ease of complaints
registering and resolution Access to Sales Officers, Helpline and Dealers (Limited
Access). The landing page allows you to view all the complaints generated and
registered. Additionally, it provides 2 features – creating a new complaint and
filtering complaints based on the options shown in screenshot 3. Progress
Tracking can be viewed including all the case details, involved parties, resolution
feedback etc. can also be viewed. Approval or Rejection can be done on a click
basis the amount of the compensation mentioned.
