You will also receive a reminder to rotate sites for injectable medications.

⌚️ Connect your fitness watches and medical devices: Ayuda’s e-diary feature helps you track vitals such as blood sugar, weight, blood pressure, heart rate, and peak expiratory flow rate. You can connect major fitness watch brands and medical device brands, such as A&D and Dexcom, to track multiple vitals at the same time. The e-diary also includes space to record and store any symptoms, side effects, or mood. We recommend using the voice-to-text feature on your mobile phone (if available) to record. There is also a list of questions you can use as prompts to discuss your conditions and therapies with your doctor.

📊 Reporting: The Ayuda Health application can output a report of the doses you have taken and missed, your vitals, and any symptoms you recorded in your e-diary. You will get a PDF document to keep or send to your doctor and/or caregiver so they will know how you have been doing since your last appointment. This report can help your doctor(s) know if your therapy is working.
