What you need is a way to break the hold it has on you. This app will help. The questions are designed to help you see the big picture: Will eating really make you happy? Will it be worth it? Would it be better not to eat?
The questions and Bible verses will help you get a biblical perspective on life - and that will help you break free from those negative emotions that drive you to overeat. As you go through the questions and the verses, you’ll begin to see your desires change - so you'll no longer even want that donut!
Here’s why: It’s the lies you believe about food that make you want to overeat. When you replace those lies with truth, you’ll actually want to follow your boundaries. And that will help you lose weight and keep it off.
