Discover with just one click the best times to use electrical appliances.
Light Price is a free application, very simple and easy to use, that shows the price per kw/hour by time slot. This information is very useful for you and you will be able to anticipate and plan the use of the appliances that consume the most energy and save on your next bills.
Controlling electricity spending and paying less is now possible thanks to Precio Luz.
As of June 1, 2021, the new system to set the price of electricity came into force. The old PVPC (Small Consumer Voluntary Price) is now called the 2.0TD rate and replaces the rates 2.0 A (1 period), 2.0 DH (2 periods), 2.0 DHS (3 periods), 2.1 A, 2.1 DHA and 2.1 DHSA and It is valid for powers less than 15kW.
Typically, an average home in Spain has a contracted power between 3.3 kW and 5.5 kW.
This new rate has 6 electrical periods depending on the area of Spain (Peninsula, Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla), month of the year and day of the week (Monday-Friday, weekend, holiday).
How to use the Precio Luz application?
It is impossible to be simpler:
❶ Confirm the day you want to see the electricity rates by time slot.
❷ Select your area: Peninsula, Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Ceuta or Melilla
❸ And you will have the result ready with the Kw/hour prices per time slot for that day.

Please note that the nomenclature they use on the website goes from Hour 1 (from 00:00 to 00:59) to Hour 24 (from 23:00 to 23:59).
