Business Mobile will allow clients to collect payments when they are out in the field via a mobile device. In addition, this solution will provide clients with a more cost effective way of capturing payments if their volume is low. It allows clients to use their existing phone or tablet instead of having to purchase a dedicated check scanner and the associated license required. Clients can capture multiple items in one transaction as the service is not limited to a single check or to checks only. Payment detail associated with the check can be captured as well. It allows for faster deposit and payment processing and alleviates the time that is spent going to the branch. Through an integrated desktop solution, Deposit 24/7 Merchant, Business Mobile gives clients the ability to generate reports, research items and create AR files. In real-time, the Business Mobile application processes the check images, automatically corrects any image distortions or skewing, reads the amount from the check, runs business rules and limits and confirms that the images meet accepted Check 21 image-quality standards.
