DURATION OF THE FANTASIEREISE The duration of the fantasy trip depends i.a. from the adjustable pause lengths and from the selection of the intro (depending on the settings between 37:30 and 17:30 min). PAUSE LENGTH Breaks to track down and deepening of the performances are always intended for an imagination and pre-set with 25 seconds. These breaks can be adjusted according to your own preferences. TIMER FUNCTION To fall asleep, an arbitrarily long time can be set for the relaxation music / nature sounds, so that music and / or sounds deepen the relaxation even further or accompany you to sleep. SLEEPING OR RETRIEVING All fantasy iron can be used to fall asleep or with return. TUNING / INTROS At the beginning of the fantasy journey intros can be selected: long / short intro / no intro. The long intro (9 min) includes breathing exercise and body scan, which will lead you to deep relaxation before the fantasy journey begins. In the short intro (4 min) there is a short introduction with breathing exercise. Without an intro, the fanatical journey begins immediately. VOLUMES: VOICE, MUSIC & NATURE SOUNDS It can be selected from 3 relaxing music and 9 natural sounds, each of which can be individually adapted to the volume of the voice. If desired, music / sounds can also be used alone (without language) to relax or to fall asleep. KeepScreenOn If sound problems occur during standby (timeout), activate the KeepScreenOn mode (in very rare cases).
