EasyService is an indispensable tool for service technicians in the HVAC trade when commissioning, repairing and maintaining Junkers and Bosch heaters.

All the necessary information and setting parameters for the entire heating system, including solar parameters, are available intuitively and clearly on site via the “EasyService” app. Complete commissioning with partially optimized parameter settings is now possible via the app.
A display of the Junkers and Bosch fault codes with a description of the causes and remedial measures enables an initial assessment of the cause to be made at any time in the event of heating faults.

An additional hardware "Smart Service Key" is required as a device interface to the Junkers and Bosch heaters (obtain from HVAC wholesalers). This is connected on site via the service interface on the heater with a cinch cable and creates an encrypted W-LAN (without a router) connection to your smartphone or tablet.

A demo mode is integrated in the app, which shows all functions even without the hardware (Smart Service Key). The display of Junkers and Bosch fault codes in the "EasyService" app is also freely available in demo mode.

- Status overview of the heating system
- Overview of the built-in controller components with software status
- Complete commissioning of the entire heating system is only possible via the "EasyService" app
- Reading out the most important monitor values ​​such as temperatures
- Setting system parameters such as min./max. performance, pump run-on time, etc.
- Graphic display of current temperatures and power of the heater (max. 10 minutes)
- Display of the fault codes of the heaters and controls in plain text

- Link to the apps "EasyScan", "EasyInform" and "EasyContact"

A link to the "Bosch Scan" spare parts app usefully expands the service support with information on spare parts and their availability as well as device documentation.
The app also offers a direct line to the technical hotline for faster contact and transparency of the current waiting time.

In order to be able to use the “EasyService” app to its full extent, you need:
1. The "Smart Service Key" device interface (purchased from SHK specialist wholesalers)
2. A valid annual license (purchased via an in-app purchase)
The license is valid for one year. The license is automatically renewed for another year unless terminated in accordance with iTunes policies. The demo mode and the display of the error codes are available without a valid license.
