Property maintenance software solutions for property owners and property tenants.
Maintenance is a difficult + time consuming task and maintenance related tasks can easily take between 30 and 60% of your day. Multiple phone calls, voicemails, telephone tag between your service providers often feels like you will never get to the bottom of these tasks + this is on a good day - well that was until now.
Bricks + Agent Tenant adds all the stakeholders in the maintenance workflow in one place so there is nothing that is lost + there is no need to have any off platform communications. Everyone is updated in real time with push notifications delivered directly to their mobile devices or they can also use the web as well.
You can post maintenance requests to your property and assign to trades. These can be quote opportunities, direct work orders. Once the job is accepted, you can see the trade on the map when they are attending the work and check out the trade profile.
Once the job is marked as completed by a trade, you will receive the invoice. You can simply review the work completed and approve the invoice providing feedback with the ratings to the trade.
