Welcome to the Ohio Department of Health MyODH Mobile App! Pre-Hires can use this app to complete a checklist of onboarding tasks before their start date.

Audience: Pre-Hires onboarding to the Ohio Department of Health (ODH) and current employees of ODH.

Note: Pre-Hires must create an account with the email on file with the HR team. Current employees must use their OHID to login.

Key Features:
• View Department News Feed articles
• Message the HR representative (pre-hire only)
• Complete checklist of onboarding tasks (pre-hire only)
• Upload your badge photo (pre-hire only)
• Review Frequently Asked Questions (pre-hire only)
• Quick access to commonly used links (parking information, tax forms, calendar, etc.)

The MyODH app provides secure, mobile access to important resources needed by incoming and existing ODH employees.

For Pre-Hires, the app provides essential communications regarding your onboarding experience, allows for you to upload a photo instantly for creation of your employee ID, sends instructions and reminders vital to your first day and provides a channel for direct communication to the Office of Human Resources.

For current employees, the app provides direct and easy access to important news and happenings at ODH as well as provide a direct link to valuable information that all employees need every day.
