With the Clever Service application you can:

• Keep up to date with the news of the residential complex and receive notifications about important events from the management company
• Take part in voting
• Receive information on meter readings and charges for housing and communal services
• Order services from trusted suppliers
• Pay for housing and utilities and additional services
• Use your smartphone as an access card to the parking lot and home
• View images from CCTV cameras
