Hi! I'm the developer of Carcost.

To be honest, the app was initially called Carcost because I just wanted to calculate the gas costs and depreciation of my old car. But during the first closed beta test, I received a lot of requests from Taiwanese users:

"Boss, I ride a motorcycle in Taiwan!"

"Can you calculate Gogoro battery costs?"

"The frequency of changing engine oil and gear oil on motorcycles is different, can you change that?"

I heard them all! Although we didn't have time to change the English name (awkward 😅), the functionality has been completely evolved! To thank everyone for their suggestions, in this version, Carcost has officially transformed into a **"dual-purpose" car maintenance manager for both cars and motorcycles**.

🚀【Key Updates in v1.1 - What Changes Have We Made?】 Based on test feedback, we've focused on making the app easier to use:

🛵 Motorcyclist Exclusive Mode: Added a "Motorcycle/Heavy Motorcycle" option. Whether it's changing engine oil, gear oil, belts, or tires, the default menus provide all the common maintenance items in Taiwan.

⚡ Supports electric vehicle fares: Gogoro or electric vehicle owners can easily record monthly rental fees and extra mileage charges.

🔰 No more getting lost for beginners: Previously criticized for its overly complex interface, we've added a dynamic beginner tutorial, guiding you step-by-step through recording your first expense.
