Part of the Service 360 solution for Service departments, Service Logistics Go is one of two Service Logistics configurations for service technicians in the shop or in the field: Go and Plus. Service technicians receive jobs to the app as soon as these are assigned to them, go through the steps required and instructions to complete jobs, while automatically updating their service manager of the status, recording billable times and rates and creating a timesheet ready for submission.
