Mobile app for iviva users
This app works only with iviva backend service setup as a cloud service or in the corporate network.
Register the app with URL and ApiKey provided by your administrator, or by scanning the registration QR code.
This app displays list of modules based on server configuration made by your administrator. App is capable of handling following modules where enabled.
- Service Requests: allows end-users to submit and track their request to fix issues or perform services.
- Incidents: allows reporting and tracking of incidents
- Resource Booking: reserving and provisioning of shared resources
- Fault detection & diagnostic: tracking & processing BMS and IoT data to determine equipment problems and root-cause analysis
- Service condition tracking: tracking service conditions using sensors and performing root-cause analysis to determine the maintenance tasks
- Work Orders: allows technicians to access work orders assigned to them and update based on work done
Selected modules support ‘conversation’ functionality where participating members could post their comments, record voice clips and submit photos.
