- Now Radio does not provide its own server hosting, proxy/relay, rebroadcast,
or any form of technical circumvention or redirection of radio broadcasts. All streams played on the app are officially released externally by the broadcaster/channel owner for public consumption, and are only accessible through direct links.
- We do not obtain streams not provided by the owner through abnormal technical means, such as cracking, hacking, crawling, unauthorized extraction, or modification.
- Now Radio does not store or redistribute any radio or audio content on its own servers,
and only provides tools to allow users to directly access each provider's publicly available official streams. If stream owners from various countries, including Korea, Japan, the United States, and France, officially request that their streams not be displayed or maintained within the app, we will suspend or remove the stream connection within 30 days of confirming the request and diligently comply with all relevant policies and request procedures. If you are a stream owner and wish to suspend exposure, please send your request along with your channel information to the contact information provided within the app and we will promptly respond.
