Personalized home interactive exercise training to improve cardiopulmonary function and physical fitness

This app is designed for people with poor health to provide a personalized exercise plan, including breathing exercises, muscle strengthening exercises and stretching exercises, to improve the user's fitness level.
In addition, it can cooperate with the lung function sensor kit developed by the Department of Rehabilitation Science of Hong Kong Polytechnic University to provide users with comprehensive physical condition monitoring.
