The cleaner/supervisor scans a QR code/I beacon or I Tag and sends data including time allocation to areas, text, voice message, Images, Videos, Including accurate positioning (GPS, WI-FI, GSM cells) in real-time monitoring.
This allows you to monitor what time your staff start and finish shifts, time spent in areas, photographic and video evidence of areas cleaned, Incidents, instructions, supervisor checks, stock ordering and a full report of their movement, while on shift.
In case of lone working or being a keyholder, the operator can simply press an SOS button and an alert is sent, indicating their accurate position. In this way, the company is informed about a real-time danger in the operators region and immediate action can be taken.
