Good Luck Sales - Management Application for people working out in the field.
Multiple modules available in the Good Luck Sales application makes it easier to do various tasks. Reporting is just a matter of second now, salesman attendance report,salesman visit reports, live salesman tracking, order records, order maintenance, book listing and many other features are available in Good Luck Sales Application.
If we talk about all the modules briefly we can easily understand how this app can be used by the users of an organization.
Step 1 - After installing the app users will have to log in to their account directly (account can be created by the organization only for which they are working).
Step 2 - The first step a salesman/executive has to perform is the Attendance. They have to mark their attendance first which notes their date and start time.
Step 3 - After marking the attendance users will be automatically redirected to their Homepage where they will see various features.
Step 4 - As this particular app is designed for the people of a Publication (Good Luck Publishers Limited), so their salesman will be visiting the schools all over the globe. So the next thing they have to do is Add a New School. Adding school means adding all the details of a school which the salesman is going to visit. It include School name, Contact information and Complete Address. (This step is required only once)
Step 5 - Next step is ADD Person, this person is the same person with whom you have had your meeting in the school. You will have to add the details of this person including Person Name, Contact Information and their designation. (This step is required only once)
Step 6 - This is the most important part done by the salesman. It will include all the details of the meeting. In this part salesman will give remarks about school, specimen given and other small but important details. Salesman can also schedule their next visit in that school and they will be reminded with a notification of their visit.
Salesman along with their team can monitor their performance in various sections available in the app like attendance report, visit report, school list, contact person list and many other things.
