YMCA West London - Y Active classes bring out the full potential in your child by developing his or her confidence, concentration and social skills alongside physical abilities. And because our classes are fun, you’ll see your child develop an early love of physical activity that will form the basis of a healthy lifestyle. Through coaching and supporting your child he or she will have fun and be energised whilst socialising and communicating with their new friends in creative ways. There are also classes solely for you!

Our classes are run by qualified, experienced and very friendly coaches. We run various term-long courses for children and pay-as-you-go classes in different categories from pre-natal to pre-school to adult only. In all of our baby and toddler classes you will join in with your child, supporting them under the guidance and direction of the coach. In our pre-School classes you leave your child with the coach while you grab a coffee and well earned break in our adjacent Y Lounge café!

We have two purpose built air conditioned studios at South Ealing (our main studio) and Harrow that are fully equipped for a variety of children’s activities. They have sprung floors; full wall-length mirrors; balance-bars; soft play equipment and mats. We use other venues for some classes.

All our classes are booked online. There is no sign up fee, no membership, and the free App and website contain full details of what the class is about, where it is and who's running it. Download the App, search our large range of classes and book on one today!
