App Description
EMS, RSI, vent, drip & dosing calculators- accurate under pressure.
Critical Care Tools is built for EMS, critical care, and flight medicine providers who need fast and accurate bedside calculations during high-stress patient care. The goal is simple: remove math delays, reduce cognitive load, and support safe clinical decision-making in the field, in transport, and in the ICU.
This app includes practical tools commonly used during emergencies:
• Drip and push dosing calculators
• Ventilator settings calculator based on IBW and RR
• PDF protocol viewer with search and saved position
• Weight and IBW support (kg/lbs)
• Optional customized RSI dose presets
• Stability and performance improvements in this build
All tools are designed for rapid use during real calls, with large input fields, high-contrast layouts, and minimal navigation. The app does not require an internet connection after installation.
RSI Dose Customization
Optional custom values allow providers to match local guidelines and service preferences. Users can adjust mg/kg values and choose whether a medication is based on ideal or actual body weight.
Ventilator Calculations
Ideal body weight and respiratory rate inputs support fast generation of starting ventilator settings. The calculator is not tied to a specific device and can be adapted to different aircraft, transport ventilators, and hospital platforms.
Protocol Access
PDFs can be stored on device and searched instantly. The reader automatically remembers the last viewed page, making it easy to return to frequently used sections.
No Cost, No Ads
Critical Care Tools will always be:

It is built by a provider, for providers. Development is guided entirely by field feedback from paramedics, nurses, RTs, and flight crews who use these tools in real practice.
