Furthermore, when you prepay for a package through the Lotte Express app, you'll earn 2% of the payment amount in L.Points, which can be used like cash.

1. Delivery Information
- Received Packages
* Displays a list of packages ordered from Lotte Delivery, other delivery services, and online shopping malls.
* Detailed tracking is available for the package list.
- Sent Packages
* Displays a list of packages currently in the delivery process after making a reservation using the Lotte Delivery app.
* Detailed tracking is available for the package list.
- Tracking Number Entry
* Enter the tracking number for packages delivered by Lotte Delivery and other delivery services to display the package list under [Received Packages] and [Sent Packages].

2. Reservations
- Driver Visit Reservation: This is a standard reservation feature, allowing the delivery driver to visit the customer's desired location and schedule a delivery.
- Convenience Store Delivery Reservation: This feature allows the customer to pick up the package at their preferred convenience store.
- Return Reservation: This feature allows the customer to return items delivered by Lotte Delivery.
- Dormitory Delivery Reservation: This feature provides delivery service only to schools with which the dormitory delivery service has been contracted.
- Reservation History: This feature displays deliveries currently in the delivery process after making a reservation using the Lotte Delivery app.
