Gopald is a service for desludging the sewage of Indramayu Regency

Gopald is a fecal waste desludging service initiated by UPTD IPLT and the Department of Housing, Settlement and Land (DPKPP) of Indramayu Regency that utilizes the use of web and mobile-based information technology to improve service quality.
In version 1, the Gopald application utilizes mobile app technology for digital operational control of all IPLT operators and officers. Administrator officers control processes ranging from customer registration, scheduling, to managing attendance for operators and IPLT officers through web-based applications. Customers register and submit a schedule for desludging through the Whatsapp application and telephone.

How the Gopald App Can Help Officers?
- Officers can perform attendance attendance within a predetermined location radius.
- Minimize sudden new orders. The operator can confirm the desludging schedule in advance.
- Order information which contains complete information, including desludging schedule, address, and other customer information.
- Make it easier for officers to find out the location of the fleet.
- Recording the daily tasks of officers can be done in the Gopald application easily.
- Integrated performance recording between operator officers and IPLT officers.
