Users can book laboratory and diagnostic services offered by partner laboratories. Sample collection may be available at home or at physical lab locations, depending on service availability. All testing is performed by certified laboratories and trained professionals.
Corporate and Insurance Utilisation Support
For eligible corporate and insured users, MedIQ supports digital tracking and record keeping of healthcare utilisation and approved benefits. The platform helps organise service usage information and does not make medical or financial approval decisions.
