App Description
Manage Parking Vehicles IN/OUT
The paid parking management of the visitor vehicles are managed with the Hand Help Android mobile phone with Blue tooth printer.
This would be a mobile cum web based application and thus the parking management happens through the hand phone with the staff at the entry gate.
Being the Parking management integrated with the visitor management system; the vehicle details of the visitor would be available in the parking app in the hand phone of the staff at the entry gate of the paid parking.
Upon entry of the visitor vehicle inside the parking area; the staff selects the VEHICLE IN option; choses the category of the vehicle (2Wheeler/4Wheeler) in the app and enters the vehicle registration number to enable search.
The app pulls out & displays the vehicle details; the staff validates the same and generates the ENTRY TOKEN with unique token number, details of the vehicle; parking in time with standard parking instructions.
The entry token is printed in the hand held thermal printer with the staff which is connected with the hand phone through the blue tooth.
The staff handovers over the parking token to the visitor and the app clock starts for the parking charges.
Exit Gate
The staff at the exit gate is also equipped with similar hand phone with a blue tooth printer.
The visitor after completing his visit comes back to the parking area to pick up his vehicle.
The staff at the exit gate selects the VEHICLE OUT option; choses the category of the vehicle (2Wheeler/4Wheeler) in the app and enters the vehicle registration number to enable search.
The app pulls out & displays the vehicle details; the staff validates the same and generates the EXIT TOEKN with the parking charges which the app automatically calculates as per the hourly charges mapped for each vehicle category.
The exit token is printed in the hand held thermal printer with the staff which is connected with the hand phone through the blue tooth.
The staff handovers over the exit token which has the parking charges to the visitor; collects the charges and thus the vehicle is allowed to exit.
