Terms and Conditions for Customers:

1. INEED only provides contact details of service vendors.
2. Contacting vendors is at the customer’s own discretion and risk.
3. Payments to vendors are managed by the customer.
4. Orders automatically close 72 hours after confirmation.
5. Vendor phone numbers and addresses are shared with customers for convenience.
6. Any disputes between customers and vendors must be resolved independently.
7. After an order is closed, customers will need to place a new booking for further assistance.

Terms and Conditions for Operators:

1. INEED connects operators with customers needing home repair services.
2. Once an order is accepted, customers will reach out directly.
3. Payments from customers are managed by the customer directly.
4. Orders automatically close 72 hours after confirmation.
5. Contact details, including phone numbers and addresses, are shared with customers.
6. Any disputes between customers and operators must be handled independently.
7. Operators receive 5 free orders; after that, a charge of INR 100 per order applies.
