Fee Finder is a simple to use application that helps real estate agents communicate what a home seller is offering the buyers agent as a commission. The Home Seller’s real estate agent can upload the terms around Buyers commission from their exclusive listing agreement into the Fee Finder App. The application allows for three choices; No fee offered, percentage, or flat dollar amount.
Listing agents or Listing Team leads will be overwhelmed with the amount of buyers agents calling when a listing first goes live in the marketplace. Buyer’s agents need to know if any commission is being offered so they can communicate that information to their buyers who have signed buyer’s agreements with them. Yet, MLS legally cannot include these pre-approved by sellers' fees.
