Kuspuji Istiningdyah or known as Iis Sugianto (born in Jakarta, 17 November 1961) is a popular singer in the 1980s.

Iis, who is of Javanese descent, first appeared on TVRI's New Acquaintance program on April 12, 1978. Initially, Iis was not a singer of melancholic songs as she is known today. His name only became famous after Rinto Harahap invited him to sing his songs,

Iis Sugianto married Rizal Arsyad (rhythm guitar, leader of the band The Mercy's which consisted of Rinto Harahap, Charles Hutagalung, Erwin Harahap and Reynold Panggabean) but they later divorced.

Iis' older brother, Kuspudji Rahayu, better known as Yayuk Sugianto, did not take long to enter the world of singing, because he married Ebiet G. Ade.
