App for oxygen patients
The MOXI® app is aimed at people who receive long-term oxygen therapy, short-term oxygen therapy or cluster headache therapy.
As soon as the route planning is completed the day before your oxygen delivery, we will notify you via a push message directly to your smartphone. From this point on, you can view your three-hour delivery time window in the MOXI® app.
You will be informed before your delivery if you are the next stop in the delivery route.
We will notify you if there is a delivery delay outside of the timeslot.
In the case of a temporary approval from the health insurance company, we will inform you in good time about the expiry date. This gives you enough time to contact your doctor.
