***FOR UK & IRELAND USERS***
The VOTE+ app is a wrapper product that provides access to established web tools including Signalshares for shareholder access, the company investor relations and or shareholder information pages as appropriate, the London Stock Exchange (UK) and Euronext (IRL) for share price and RNS / announcement feeds not to mention access to google maps for directions to the AGM venue.
The app acts as a single source of information relating to a shareholding and brings together all the important sites that shareholders typically use into one easily accessible tool. The app provides access to the share portal, Signalshares, and gives shareholders the same level of user access as if registering and accessing via a desktop. This includes the ability to proxy vote ahead of a shareholder meeting. In addition, where a company holds a hybrid or virtual shareholder meeting, shareholders can access that event via the app and engage as if they were in attendance or accessing via a desktop computer
