App Description
Leasing, loan, and mortgage calculator with saved calculations
This convenient calculator allows you to quickly estimate leases, loans, and mortgages with the ability to save and edit all scenarios. It helps you understand monthly payments, total overpayments, fees, and the final transaction cost, so you can make informed financial decisions.
The main screen displays a summary of your data: the number of calculations, the average interest rate on loans and investments, and the average calculation amount. This allows you to quickly see how many calculations have already been calculated and what the average figures are.
Creating a new calculation takes minutes. Select the type—Leasing, Loan, or Mortgage—create a name, and specify the initial parameters: term, property value or loan amount, interest rate, down payment, one-time and monthly fees, and depreciation. The fields are logically and clearly arranged, making it easy to enter data and experiment with numbers.
For leasing, the app displays key results: monthly payments, total payments, property value, fees, and the remaining value. This helps you assess the contract burden and see what drives your payments.
Detailed loan details are available: total payment amount, interest rate, principal, and fees. Easily compare multiple offers, change the rate or term, and instantly see how your overpayment changes.
For mortgages, the calculation includes the monthly payment, the interest amount included in the payments, the total overpayment, and the effective rate. This allows you to quickly estimate a manageable payment and understand the favorable terms.
For investments, a separate calculation is available, taking into account the term in months, the starting amount, the expected annual or monthly return, and regular deposits. After saving, the card displays the deposit principal and accrued interest, allowing you to see the contribution of capital growth and income. You can quickly change the rate, term, or deposit amount, comparing savings strategies and choosing the optimal pace to reach your goal.
All calculations are stored in the "All Calculations" section as separate cards. They can be reviewed, edited, and deleted, and new scenarios can be added by clicking the "Plus" button. This approach is convenient for comparing options: just change one parameter and immediately see updated results.
If you frequently calculate multiple scenarios in a row, the summary on the main screen helps you maintain context: how many calculations have already been completed, what the average interest rates are, and what the average project cost is. This is especially useful when you need to quickly prepare preliminary proposals or compare terms and conditions across different suppliers and banks.
