App used for customer retention type retail business
Start a Customer Loyalty program based on the points that are accumulated in each purchase, so that they can later exchange for prizes that you define.
This app belongs to the Pretii loyalty platform, which can be used for free.
It is oriented to be used by employees or collaborators, they will be able to:
- Identify a customer by scanning their QR code
- Search clients by name, identity document, telephone or client code (QR)
- Create new clients
- Assign points, also entering the amount of consumption (if this option is activated)
- Make the exchange (delivery of a prize in exchange for accumulated points)
- Confirm the exchange request made by the client.
