Mobile application for B2C clients, loyal customers of LUKOIL Macedonia

In order to provide additional conveniences and advantages to its loyal customers, LUKOIL is upgrading the Loyalty Program for natural persons. By issuing LUKOIL CLUB cards and installing a mobile application, members acquire points and exclusive benefits in accordance with the terms and conditions of membership in the Loyalty Program.

Users of LUKOIL CLUB cards (the mobile application) collect points for each liter of fuel filled at LUKOIL gas stations, as well as for each additional product purchased at LUKOIL gas stations. Only in LUKOIL Macedonia, the collected points can be used by members without restrictions to purchase an additional assortment or fuel, by attaching the mobile application or the LUKOIL club card.
