Boost seeks to modernize and digitalize the way of doing sports in Lima, helping users to have a healthier and more active, social and fun life thanks to sports and mobile technology. With Boost, you will not have to look for a free time in 5 courts, call or write on Whatsapp to make a reservation. In the application, you can reserve tennis courts in Lima to play with friends, couples and family, and you can also reserve classes with teachers to learn to play or improve in the sport with just a few clicks. You can make payments within the application and follow the status of reservations while enjoying an easy-to-use application with friendly functionalities. To make a reservation, you have to choose a location and if you want a teacher, choose one of the available times, make the payment and that's it. Each user has a profile, where they can upload a photo, see how many reservations they have made in the app, enter or edit personal data, and add or delete payment methods. Additionally, within the application there is a help section, which is in the users' profile and is a button that leads users to speak with Boost support via WhatsApp. On the other hand, there is another section for frequently asked questions, where users will find the Boost support email, detailed explanation of some processes in the application, resolution of common doubts and suggestions to learn how to use the application to the fullest. Additionally, there are two buttons to delete account and log out. Boost will send push notifications and has in-app notifications to keep your users aware of the processes they perform in the app. Locations close to people are suggested through location permissions, there is a top list of teachers and a slider in the "Home" of the application, where administrators upload important information and announcements. On the other hand, there are functionalities within the application that help make the user experience easier and more pleasant, such as the possibility of making multiple reservations and not choosing a specific teacher, but rather a random teacher to teach a class. These features seek to help users book more than once in the same process and to quickly find a teacher who is available on the date and time when the student wants to give a class when they do not have preferences for training.
