The app helps to set the input parameters for sprayed concrete machines.

The Dosage Control App for underground construction helps to set the input parameters for sprayed concrete machines by calculating the accelerator dosage in % of cement weight or liter/minute depending on the mix design, dosage parameters and pump parameters. The pump rate can be determined based on stroke rate, cylinder diameter and cylinder filling rate. Additionally the machine can be checked by measuring the consumption for a spraying operation and calculate the applied dosage.
