MyLife is a app for field force to conduct sales and sales support activities
The app is designed to help field force to manage leads and sales processes more efficiently. It provides a range of features that allow users to track leads, manage sales activities, and provide customer service. The app is cloud-based and can be accessed from anywhere with an internet connection.
The lead management feature allows users to capture leads from multiple sources and track them through the sales funnel. The sales management feature provides tools for managing the sales process, including lead scoring, pipeline management, and forecasting. The activity management feature allows users to track all activities related to the sales process, to evaluate their own performance. Finally, there is also a service segment consist of Agent 360 and Policy 360. Through agent 360, field force can see their business performance and can take action to improve it. In policy 360, field force can see their customers policy list and manage customer interactions and support requests.
The system will also assist managers, manage their team efficiently. The managers can also see their own performance. They can make decision based on the individual performance tracker and team performance tracker.
All in all, the system is one of kind for MetLife Bangladesh, with a potential to expand more with the change in dimension of business environment.
