COVIM is a part of the EPI MIS supply chain module that provides end-to-end visibility of health commodities for Federal EPI. The app allows a user to receive vouchers and report daily coverage & consumption of health facilities level. The system provides the following functionality:
• Stock management at federal, provincial, district, and health facility stores
• Manage incoming shipments and distribution to upper, lower, or parallel supply chain tiers
• Batch management and expiry monitoring
• Wastage monitoring of health commodities
• End-to-End data visibility of stock position, distribution, and supply chain management
• Real-time visibility of consumption and inventory up to health facility level by batch/lot no.
• Auto requisition based on the ordering business rules
