Movesense ECG Recorder is a free application for measuring, viewing and recording live EKG/ECG (electrocardiogram) with the Movesense MD ECG sensor, and for viewing and sharing the recorded ECGs.

Paired with the Movesense MD sensor (available separately at https://www.movesense.com/ecg), the ECG Recorder application forms the CardioRTHM solution for real-time single-channel rhythm ECG/EKG waveform monitoring and recording, and allows sharing of ECG/EKG recordings in PDF, CSV and EDF+ formats.

Due to its simple use and unobtrusive wear, the Movesense MD sensor and ECG Recorder app combination is suitable for a wide range of use – for measuring ECG/EKG and capturing arrhythmias at home, in hospitals/clinics, on the go, or in remote or rural areas, from where the ECG files can be sent to medical professionals for interpretation. Works even in catastrophe areas and other challenging conditions.

Starting from version 2.1, the ECG Recorder application can produce additional HRV and ECG visualizations and has readiness to connect third-party ECG interpretation services to the application for further analysis.

The Movesense ECG recorder app is not a standalone diagnostic tool. Any diagnosis and interpretation of recorded ECG signals is only permitted for medical professionals and appropriate analysis tools intended for this purpose.

The combination of the Movesense ECG Recorder and the Movesense MD sensor is a Class IIa medical device (EU MDR).

Note: The Movesense ECG Recorder app is a measurement data gateway for Movesense sensors and is intended for viewing, recording, and sharing single channel electrocardiogram data measured with the Movesense MD sensor.
