The more patients you look, the more xp you get to unlock. Check the patient case history, check the temperature, blood pressure and ecg in the clinic. Treat patient with correct medicine to cure them otherwise patient is goes crazy. Earn xp points to get rewards and license to test in various hospitals. Earn degrees with experience to be a surgeon. Run your own hospital.
