We all need a place to journal our feelings. Whether we are frustrated, sad, angry or just happy and grateful for life’s blessings. Journaling has been scientifically proven to help and improve our mental health.

With Life's A Journal you can do just that. The app has some great features to make your experience nice and simple (including Speech to Text, starting with version 1.1. You can log in with name and password or use the fingerprint/biometric feature. Navigating is easy with the tab bar or hamburger drop down menu. You can even upload photos, images and videos and attach them to a daily entry in order to enhance the journaling experience. Life's A Journal can even serve as a storage medium for photos and videos if you so desire.

The unique Search Text feature allows you to find previous entries without knowing dates. Just provide some text and perform a Search, which will return all the entries that include that text.
So for example, if you want to find any entries that contain the name Patti, just do a Search for Patti and you will be presented with a list of dates and entries that contain that text.
(Entries are always listed in descending order, with the most recent ones at the top.) You can then tap on any of them to go directly to that entry to view it, modify it, or add or delete images from it.

You can enhance your experience further and personalize Life's A Journal by setting options to your liking using the Settings screen.
Some options include setting the amount of inactivity time allowed before automatically being logged out (for security purposes), and turning on auto save, so you never lose an entry when switching between dates.

So instead of searching for pen and paper or carrying around a bulky notebook, you can just take your phone and journal about anything, anytime or anywhere.

Keep in mind that Life's A Journal comes in handy at work as well. It's perfect for note-taking during meetings, or quick jotting down of any information on the
fly that you want to be able to easily find and refer to later.

We realize that the information you store in Life's A Journal may be highly personal. For that reason, we've included several
security features in Life's A Journal, like biometric authentication and inactivity timeout, which causes you to be automatically logged out after a time period that you choose, so no one can pick up the phone you just put down and start reading your personal entries. In addition, Life's A Journal does not employ any servers or cloud storage. Your data is stored only on your device. We hope you enjoy Life's A Journal!
