Although this information is not required, providing it can significantly improve AI's ability to taylor its responses. Please note that your personal information will never be sold or used for any other purpose.

Enter the ingredients you have available, and AI will provide meal plan(s) based on those ingredients and whatever personal information you have entered on the Settings page

Recipes:
Enter the dish you would like to prepare, and AI will provide a recipe, taking into consideration whatever personal information you have entered on the Settings page
