Manage My Care

Manage My Care lets you manage your WA Health outpatient appointments.

Manage My Care is a free app and web portal which enables patients and carers to digitally track their WA Health public outpatient appointments and referrals at times convenient to them.​ Manage My Care can also be used to request updates to patient information and, for participating clinics, the rescheduling or cancellation of an appointment.

Key Features:
- View dates and times of future appointments
- View referral information
- Request to reschedule or cancel appointments (for participating clinics) and update patient details
- Receive notifications about appointments and referrals
- View directions, location, instructions and requirements for upcoming appointments
