NMConnect includes optional self-guided wellness tools based in cognitive behavioral strategies, including short video series, Mood Checks, grounding and relaxation exercises, therapeutic worksheets, and resource suggestions to support your overall wellbeing.

The New Mexico Crisis and Access Line and Peer-to-Peer Warmline are funded by the New Mexico Behavioral Health Services Division (BHSD) and the Children, Youth and Families Department (CYFD) for the benefit of all New Mexicans.
