Connect to nearby MiCard MultiTech4 BLE devices and send unique identifier

The MiCard MultiTech4 BLE Badge app allows mobile devices to connect to compatible MiCard MultiTech4 BLE readers and send unique data for identification. A special authentication procedure ensures that the app sends the identification data only to the appropriate MiCard MultiTech4 BLE readers.

Requirements:
- MiCard MultiTech4 reader with BLE chip
- Reader firmware with BLE functionality, version V3.23 or higher
- Mobile phone with Bluetooth V4.0 or higher
- Android 12.0 and up

Necessary Android Permissions:
- Bluetooth
- Location
