Pensa Actions is a mobile application designed to support retail field execution by enabling fast and accurate in-store shelf scanning. The application allows store associates and merchandisers to capture shelf data and identify execution gaps such as out-of-stocks, missing price tags, and planogram inconsistencies.

Using Pensa Systems’ Vision AI platform, captured shelf data is processed through advanced computer vision and artificial intelligence models to digitize shelf conditions and generate actionable insights in near real time.

Within the application, users can easily select the relevant retail store and access the associated store checklist. From there, users can navigate assigned activities, scan designated shelves, and take corrective actions based on detected issues. The application also provides visibility into scan progress and upload status, ensuring reliable data capture and operational transparency throughout the store visit.
