This application aims to improve cardiopulmonary function and enhance muscle strength by providing personalized exercise programs, including breathing exercises, strengthening exercises, aerobic exercises, and stretching exercises. Additionally, this application can connect our lung function measuring kit developed by the Department of Rehabilitation Sciences at The Hong Kong Polytechnic University to provide users with comprehensive monitoring of their physical condition.
- Developed a built-in heart rate monitoring function and user self-recording the Rating of Perceived Exertion to record the condition before and after exercise.
